I make everything in my Suffolk workshop, some orders take longer than others.

If you order 1 or more item you will only pay for 1 postage cost.

I aim to send out made-to-order designs within 7 working days.

If the item is in stock it will be posted out within 1 - 2 working days.

I send all my orders out via Royal Mail first class post.

Hats and tops P&P charges are £3.50, smaller items are £1.50

Most items are wrapped and sent out in recycled packaging.

 Please be mindful that most work is made to order. Please look closely at shade card pictures and sizes to make sure you made the right choice.

I am happy to send out samples rather than receive a returned item that I cannot resell.

Happy to offer made to measure on all hats so send me a head measurement if you are not sure of your size.

P&P charges will not be refunded unless item is faulty.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty a full refund will be given including P&P
