As an independent designer maker with over 25 years in this industry of selling at markets small festivals and fairs I feel I understand my role very well of delivering a first class service to customers who are willing to put their trust in my product from placing their considered order to receiving their handmade goods and being thrilled with their purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty I am always happy to fully refund including P&P for any faulty goods if returned within 14 days of purchase.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
With over 25 years experience in designing making producing and marketing I am in a position to handle exclusive wholesale enquiries.
I am now selling mostly on Etsy (due to the pandemic) and more recently my own site and am happy to discuss any enquiries as I am cutting down on my fairs from about 25 per year to just 4 a year.
With all my experience of first hand customer facing listening to customers views on my products I have a wealth of experience to offer as a maker supplying my items.
My work is firmly rooted in very British quirky style of design and would suit a smaller independent retail outlet.

I cannot offer sale or return but I would be happy to work closely with shop owners to tailor make designs that would compliment the mood of their retail outlets.
At the moment I am selling online and at a few fairs in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
My journey into ecommerce has only just begun but I am always looking for new and exciting options in this everchanging diverse world we live in.
